The hotel provides convenient access to trams and key attractions like Bourke Street and the South Bank complex, all within walking distance for many guests. Some guests have found certain rooms to be on the smaller side. However, many have enjoyed renovated rooms with modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and kitchens, especially in the apartments; also, the proximity to the train station offers unparalleled convenience.

superb location luggage storage

the location was superb, right across from the station. luggage storage was available. i was grateful for the tram nearby too.

hot water took several minutes to arrive in the shower.

the staff were wonderful, so helpful. i enjoyed the convenient location, perfect for hopping on trams. the hotel's commitment to sustainability is a lovely touch. (i really liked that!)

the initial room i had was quite small. street noise was quite noticeable, disrupting my sleep.
